Kimberly was born and raised in Northwest Oklahoma. She is a 1997 graduate of Fort Supply High School. Kimberly graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics in 2001 from Oklahoma State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004. Kimberly was born and raised in Northwest Oklahoma. She is a 1997 graduate of Fort Supply High School. Kimberly graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics in 2001 from Oklahoma State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004. Kimberly became licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma in 2004. She was an Assistant District Attorney for Cleveland County for one year. She then was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma until December of 2006. Kimberly then began working in the oil and gas industry in January 2007 and continued to focus her practice on oil and gas until 2020. Kimberly is also licensed to practice law in the State of North Dakota. Kimberly established her own firm in Edmond, Oklahoma, in 2020 and began focusing on estate planning. She recently moved her practice to Laverne, Oklahoma. Kimberly resides in Gate, Oklahoma, with her husband, Brack, and children, Riley and Cooper. The Millers are members of the First Baptist Church of Laverne. If Kimberly's not at the office, you will find her a one of her children's many school or sports events or at the goat show barn.
